What we document, and what we won't promise
We document it properly and give you the pack your insurer needs. We do not negotiate on your behalf, because that is your adjuster's job and anyone promising otherwise is overstepping.
We do

- Send it to you with a plain-English summary
- Meet your adjuster on the roof if you want us there
We don’t
- Large industrial or flat commercial roofing. Not our trade - we would point you at a commercial specialist.
- Solar panel installation. We work around existing panels and can remove and refit them for a re-roof, but we do not install solar.
- Interior water damage repair, drywall or painting. We stop the water. Putting the ceiling back is a restoration company's job.
- Negotiating an insurance claim on the customer's behalf. We document it fully for your adjuster, but we cannot act for you on the claim.

How long does a roof take?
Most homes are done in a single day. A large or complicated roof can run to two.
What happens if it rains mid-job?
We never open more roof than we can dry in. Anything stripped is covered and watertight before the crew leaves each day.
Do you do commercial roofs?
Small commercial and multi-family, yes. Large industrial flat roofs are not our trade and we will say so rather than take the job.
